At the Races

As it was Ascot week last week the residents at Alexander House got into the spirit by holding their own race day. Prior to each race starting they placed bets on their favourites and the winners received lovely prizes. The races were halted whilst they had a buffet lunch with champagne. Some residents and visitors wore fancy hats which added to the race day atmosphere. The day was hailed a great success by everyone who took part.
